I am such a motivated person and sometimes I push myself a bit to much. I am sure we are all guilty of it. Exhausting ourselves, running on empty alot of the time. We tell ourselves ..."ill just do this and that and then i can relax after it".

I have realised recently that its more important to pause when we feel like this. Have that moment. Have that cry, have that hour, have that bath, call that person who is on your mind. Do whatever feels right ...go with the flow 🌀

We weren't born to rush 24/7. We were born to live and learn lessons along the way, which, in the outcome ...makes us better for ourselves.
