Let’s talk winter skin care ❄️💧

You might find at this time of year you’re seeing changes in your skin such as dryness, dehydration, a duller complexion, sensitivity and your skin could feel rougher to touch in texture. These skin conditions are all down to colder weather temperatures and having heating/fire on.

Here’s a few simple steps you can do at home to help-

✨•Switch to a rich moisturiser over the cooler months
✨•Using a cream based cleanser rather than a gel/foam cleanser will boost moisture levels within your skin
✨•Exfoliate regularly to reveal a brighter complexion
✨•Drink plenty of water to add hydration back into your skin
✨•Add a hydrating mask to your skin care routine once or twice a week
✨•Avoid using really hot water to wash your face. Instead use warm or cold water as this will help prevent sensitizing your skin any further in the winter months
