Nothing means more than hearing how my patients feel after their treatment.

Thank you, Sheena, for trusting me with your skin and for taking the time to share your experience.

Microneedling is one of my favourite treatments because it works with your skin to stimulate collagen, improve texture, soften fine lines, reduce acne scarring, and restore a healthier, more radiant complexion. The best part? Results continue to improve over time.

Every treatment starts with a thorough consultation, realistic expectations, and a personalised treatment plan, because no two skins are the same.

If you've been thinking about microneedling and aren't sure if it's right for you, I'd be happy to help.

We see flawless skin every day on social media. Filters, editing, perfect lighting and dramatic before-and-afters can make us forget what real skin actually looks like.

Real skin has pores.
Real skin has texture.
Real skin changes over time.
And the best results are rarely achieved overnight.

As an aesthetic doctor, I believe in honest advice and realistic expectations. My goal is to help you achieve healthy, natural-looking results that are tailored to you, not to trends or unrealistic standards.

If social media has ever made you question your skin, I hope this post reminds you that real skin is beautiful too.

Which slide resonated with you the most? Let me know in the comments.

We all want healthy, glowing skin, but achieving it usually comes down to a few consistent habits rather than one miracle product.

If your skin has been looking dull or lacking radiance, start by focusing on the foundations:
✔️ Wear SPF every day.
✔️ Use Vitamin C in the morning.
✔️ Exfoliate gently with glycolic acid 1–2 times a week.
✔️ Keep your skin well hydrated with a good moisturiser.

Once you've established a consistent skincare routine, professional treatments such as microneedling, skin boosters, and polynucleotides can help improve skin quality, boost collagen production, and restore a healthy glow.

Great skin takes time, consistency, and a plan tailored to your individual needs.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that you can decide on the right treatment in a few minutes.

You can't.

Before I recommend anything, I carry out a full facial assessment. I look at your facial proportions, skin quality, muscle movement, volume loss, symmetry, and how your face changes when you smile, talk, and rest. We also discuss your concerns, medical history, previous treatments, and, most importantly, the result you want to achieve (and I'm sure all my patients have seen that during their consultations).

Often, what you think is the problem isn't actually the cause.

That's why my consultations are never about selling treatments, they're about creating the right plan for you. Sometimes that means Botox, sometimes filler, sometimes skin rejuvenation, and sometimes the best advice is to do nothing!

Natural results always start with a careful assessment, not a syringe. 🤍

One year ago, this was just a dream. Today: 220+ patients. 800+ appointments. 🤍 ⭐

One year ago, I unlocked the door to a small treatment room with a huge dream and no idea where this journey would take me.

If I'm honest, this year has been one of the hardest and most rewarding years of my life.

I've juggled working in the NHS, running my clinic around my hospital shifts, being a wife and a mum, navigating my own health challenges, and trying to be everything to everyone. There have been moments where I've questioned myself, felt exhausted, and wondered if I could keep going.

But every single time, my patients reminded me why I started.

Over the last 12 months, I've had the privilege of treating more than 220 incredible patients across over 800 appointments, all from one treatment room, with no team behind me (apart from my hubby cheering me up). Every consultation, every treatment, every message, every follow-up, every late night and every early morning has been me.

But what means the most isn't the numbers, it’s the relationships we've built.

Watching your confidence grow, seeing patients become friends, hearing your life updates at appointments, and knowing you've trusted me with your face and your confidence is something I'll never take for granted.

Thank you for every appointment you've booked, every recommendation you've made, every review you've written, every social media share, every like, every comment, every message, and every person you've sent my way. You have helped turn a dream into a thriving clinic, and I genuinely couldn't have done it without you.

Here's to another year of helping you look and feel like the best version of yourself, with natural, doctor-led aesthetic treatments that always put safety and confidence first.

A full-face approach looks at how different muscles interact and how strategic placement can help create a more lifted, refreshed and balanced appearance.

The goal is never to change your face but to enhance what’s already there while keeping your expressions natural.

Every face is different, which is why your treatment plan should always be tailored to your anatomy.

Have you tried a full face tox? Why not try it for your next anti-wrinkle appointment for a full refreshed look?

The things nobody sees behind the results 🩶

Building a clinic was never just about learning how to inject, it was about the hours of studying, the decisions to put patients first, the treatments I’ve said no to, and the constant drive to improve.

Aesthetic medicine is always evolving, and I’ll always be a student of it.

Thank you to every patient who trusts me with their face ✨

What’s one thing you’ve obsessed over to become better at something?

A quick reminder that the perfection you’re comparing yourself to doesn’t exist.

Social media has a way of making us hyper-focus on 'flaws' that are actually just normal biology. It creates unrealistic expectations that trap us in a cycle of never feeling 'good enough'.

As you can see in this video, my jawline and chin look completely different in a matter of seconds, with no treatments or filters, just normal human anatomy reacting to gravity and light.

Don't let an algorithm dictate your self-worth. You are beautiful exactly as you are. 🌸

Hooded eyes are sometimes caused by muscle activity, not just ageing or tiredness.

When certain muscles around the eye pull more strongly, they can make the lids look heavier and the eyes less open.

With precise, well-placed anti-wrinkle injections, we can gently relax those muscles and create a subtle lift while keeping expression natural and balanced.

Every face is assessed individually, and treatment is only offered when it’s appropriate and safe.

If you’re concerned about hooded eyes and want an expert assessment, book a consultation via the link in bio.

Results vary. A full consultation is always required.
