Hello lovely people!

It’s been a while… As many of you know I’m always one for being transparent, open and honest.
I’ve always struggled with mental illness and do get bad seasonal depression. This winter has been no different but I’ve found it difficult to pull myself back. I’ve isolated myself and put things off, not checked socials and not been responding to loved ones. So I apologise for going ghost mode.
I took some time to myself to try and recharge, the fact the days are getting a little longer and we’re out of January has helped!

I talk about this subject not for pity, but in the hopes it might resonate with others - to let people know that you’re not alone in feeling like this… also to try and remind myself I’m not the only one who has ever or will ever feel this way. Everyone is fighting their own battles and we have to remember to be patient and be kind.

I will be opening my diary and posting availability, I have some exciting ideas in the pipeline so keep your eyes peeled!

I just want to thank all my lovely clients for their continued support and business & thank the girls in IVY for their patience and love.
