Very excited to work with the Cairndale spa & create a dreamy experience. It’s been voted the best spa in Scotland & it’s honestly stunning! They have so many thermal rooms, mermaid tiles in the pool, reflective roof & more, it is 10/10.

So excited to work with the Cairndale spa, recently voted the best spa in Scotland 💗 it is stunning!! You won’t want to miss ☁️🪬✨

An award-winning spa in Scotland, named among the world's best, is inviting guests to go and sleep in its pool 💤

The Cairndale, in Dumfries, is launching Sound Bathing, a meditative therapy where bathers lie on floating airbeds wrapped in "cosy blankets while crystal singing bowls send sound frequencies through the water to release stagnant energy and tone the nervous system" 😮

The experience in the adults-only spa takes place on Thursday, August 13, and starts with a light supper
