Fellow massage therapists - As massage therapists, we often talk about the importance of self care, but do we practice what we preach? So today I received a massage from a fellow therapist which was AMAZING! I dropped into my parasympathetic nervous symptom and now feel totally relaxed. It’s so important that we look after ourselves as well as our clients. So why not swap massages with a fellow therapist??
