Just had a Breathwork treatment for the first time with the lovely Kerry Marie
I didn't know what to expect but this was an extremely powerful treatment working with the nervous system. Kerry makes you feel safe with no judgement i definitely feel like something has shifted.
Highly Recommend people to try this treatment if they have any deep issues that are stopping them from living their best lives.
