It's so real, and tough to have problems with your mind health, I have had and still have some beautiful friends and family and loved ones get me through some darker more challenging times ,
but charities like this are there for those who don't have that support at home and can't reach out to their loved ones, or don't have that wonderful friend who checks in regularly,

It makes me feel so sad to think of people who don't have someone to talk to or listen to them, so this amount of dollar to a wonderful team who are there for those people in their moments of need is going to be very well used for sure.

Today I'll embark on my last run , I'm aiming big, aiming for a solo half marathon length, (13 miles)
Its currently 4am and I'm wide awake, painting a picture, but hopefully I'll make the last push for later today 💙
Your support has been wonderful and I'm grateful, and I've already made it over the 100 miles by walking/ running over the last month (extra to my regular walking commute to work and back) but wanna end on a high ! 💙
