To my lovely clients
Due to an increasing number of last minute cancellations I will now be taking a £25 deposit when booking hair appointments.
As a self employed hairdresser, cancelled appointments directly affect my income and often leave me unable to fill those appointments slots at short notice.
Your £25 deposit will be deducted from the cost of your appointment on the day.
Deposits are non refundable if appointments are cancelled.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of my small business. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
