Why I Created Alignment Therapy ✨

After years of working in luxury five-star spas, I realised something important.

Exceptional care shouldn’t be a luxury.

I’ve had the privilege of treating people from all walks of life, and while the surroundings were beautiful, I always believed the most valuable part of any treatment wasn’t the setting it was the therapist’s presence, skill, and genuine care.

That’s why I created Alignment Therapy.

My mission is simple: to provide five-star treatments without the five-star price tag. Every person who walks through my door deserves to feel listened to, understood, and cared for.

I don’t rush appointments. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments.

I take the time to understand your body, your lifestyle, and your goals so every treatment is tailored to you.

Whether you’re living with pain, recovering from an injury, or simply need time to reset, my aim is for you to leave feeling lighter, stronger, and genuinely looked after.

Because true luxury isn’t about where you are.
It’s about how you’re treated.

A little update regarding appointments 💆🏼‍♀️🙏🙂

To continue providing the best care to all of my clients while also protecting my time to rest and recharge, I will no longer be able to accommodate appointment changes or bookings made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Last-minute requests often put both me and my business under a lot of pressure, especially on my days off, which are already very limited.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and respect for this policy. I truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing you at your appointments. 🙂

I have some exciting news to share!

This October, Alignment Therapy will be proudly representing Scotland in the Wellness Category at the Nations Massage Tournament in Paris on 3–4 October 2026. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇫🇷

It is an incredible honour to be selected as part of the very first Team Scotland to compete at this international event alongside four amazing therapists.

As an independent team, we are funding this journey ourselves. We are aiming to raise £3,500 to help cover competition fees, flights, accommodation, uniforms, equipment, and other essential costs.

When appointments are cancelled at short notice, it’s often impossible to fill that space, resulting in lost income and unused time.
