I saw this on another page and it made me think about how the Beauty industry has changed in all the years.
It's been 23 years since I qualified, there was no 1- day, 2- day courses back then. It was 2 years at college then moving on to another 2 years of HND, which I lasted 6 months at 😂😂 because I couldn't be bothered getting the train into Glasgow every day 😂.

So much has changed since then, but one thing has always stayed the same, it's not just about the treatment itself. It's about how you make someone feel when they walk through your door and how they leave after spending time with you. The confidence, the comfort, the listening ear, and the little boost they didn't know they needed.
Techniques evolve, trends come and go, but making people feel good about themselves will always be at the heart of what we do. ✨
