I'm sorry to have to do this but due to the high amount of last minute cancellations, all future bookings will require a minimum of £5 deposit upon booking (depending on treatments booked this could be up to £10). Of course this will be deducted from your final bill and anybody rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice will not lose deposit.
