CLARY CALM 💕

Love this blend for ‘time of the month’ cramps and hormone wobbles - it’s a fab rollerball to have on hand and just roll over your abdomen whenever you feel you need it.

Mine ran out (😱) and instead of ordering another one like usual I realised I have most of the oils in the blend so I rustled up my own refill 😊

This is roughly what I used but it’d be so easy to use whatever you have from these:

20 drops Clary Sage
15 drops Lavender
10 drops Geranium
10 drops Ylang Ylang
5 drops Bergamot
3 drops Cedarwood
3 drops Roman Chamomile
3 drops Palmarosa
2 drops Fennel

Topped up with a carrier oil (fractionated coconut or sweet almond).

I’m feeling ok about letting go of summer now and looking forward to cosy nights in (that’s me all year round to be honest!) and starting some new, nourishing rituals 🥰

Really, really, really didn’t feel like running today, put it off as long as possible (have spent this morning planning some gorgeous events for Oct/Nov/Dec though 🤩) but it was good to get out.. Fresh air, movement, noticing the small things - feeling lifted up 💫

Try and get some of that ☀️ on your face today 😊

✨ It’s a lip balm making kind of day! ✨

I’ve been playing with this recipe a bit as I wanted a softer set lip balm, really happy with how this turned out 😊

Fancy giving it a go? 👇

👄 3g beeswax
👄 4g coconut oil
👄 2g shea butter
👄 2g cocoa butter
👄 10 drops essential oil.

Melt everything except the essential oil in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water. When it’s off the heat and has cooled a little, stir in your essential oil (a toothpick is handy for this). Simple!

I went for Wild Orange & Peppermint - a classic combo! It’s fruity & zingy. You can use almost any of your oils though (you want to make sure they are food grade like doTERRA), I also love Grapefruit or Geranium 💕
