Coming into the busiest time of the year I would like to remind clients of the cancellation policies within the salon.

Picture this;
You work in retail.
You have had no customers all day. Your boss decides because they made no money they weren’t paying you your wage.
Would you be happy?! I’m guessing not.
You have stood in the shop all day wasting your time and haven’t been paid. Have had to pay a childminder to keep your kids and now you haven’t even made money to pay them.
I would say nobody could honestly say they would be happy with this situation.
You wouldn’t not show up to your doctor’s appointment and not let them know. Nor your dentist.. as there would be a fee.
So please please respect anyone in the hair & beauty industry & let us know. Our time is valuable too!!
Anyone that no-shows their appointment will be charged 100% of the service charge before I can provide you with another appointment.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice otherwise there will be a 50% service charge. This is simply to allow time to possibly fill your appointment. Often at this time of year we have had to turn down clients and it’s not always possible with prior engagements for people to make appointments with little notice. I’m sure we can all respect with work, kids and a busy social calendar at this time of year we aren’t always free to make other plans at short notice.

Just a reminder that the salon will be closed from 18/6/25 and reopen 26/6/25 as we are off on our holidays 🌞
I will not be answering any messages in this time as I am taking the week to completely switch off from work & enjoy time as a family.
I am fully booked untill i go but if anyone needs any appointments when i return I will be answering messages until Monday.

Styled using our pli for extra hold, volume panache for some extra vava voom, fix anti-frizz hairspray for hold & to seal down those strays & finally a dusting of fix design so it aint going nowhere 👌🏻

A few prayers to the hair gods, 6 hours & a S**T tonne of foils we are on our way back to blonde. Cuz as Niamh said, "blondes have more fun" 👩🏼

All us our prelightener with bonder to maintain the integrity of the hair. And that it did 👌🏻👌🏻

As of 12.03.25 there will be a small price increase to some of our services within the salon. This is to meet the ever rising costs of materials and to maintain the high quality of products we use to create beautiful hair 🫶🏼
