I have no spaces left at all for the rest of the year, so when I’m getting last minute cancellations or no shows this means I’m losing out on money and other clients are missing out on appointments.

I understand some people have genuine reasons to cancel last minute but when there’s reoccurring cancellations I just can’t leave myself with such a loss, I have bills and a child to pay for too so it can be very stressful!

Please if you know you can’t make your appointment let me know asap so I can try fit in other clients. I have a 48 hours cancellation/no show policy and for the next couple weeks 100% will be taken for both before any new appointment is made.
