Sorry for a longer post here girls but I just feel it’s important to address something that's becoming a bit more frequent lately.

❗️No-shows and last-minute cancellations have started to become a bit of an issue❗️

I completely understand that things can come up unexpectedly.
However, when I have booked out a certain amount of time, sometimes over 3 hours for certain services and someone doesn't turn up or cancels last minute, it leaves me unable to fill that space.

Going forward, I please ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Many salons implement cancellation fees in these situations and I genuinely do not want to have to do this so I kindly ask that you please keep this in mind going forward.
