Just to let all clients know I have not increased my prices since January 2023 - all prices will remain the same for the next 6 months.
I currently have space for 2 new clients.
However, this is for appointments Monday to Friday between 9-3.
My evenings are still fully booked.

I’d like to thank all of my clients for another year of giving you all lush lashes, and for all the Christmas gifts and tips. I am truly blessed to have such wonderful, loyal clients.
I’d also like to thank you all for your compassion and understanding during these last 6 weeks.
Losing my nana has broken my heart but you were all so kind and considerate during a very difficult time.
I hope you all have a very merry Christmas…treasure those around you and never forget it’s the presence not the presents that make best memories.
See you all in 2025.

🌟 Client Notice 🌟
Can all clients please familiarise yourselves with my policies below.
1. Please attend your appointment alone. My insurance only covers my client being in my property. Under no circumstances can children attend the appointment with you.
2. If you need to reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
3. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of your treatment. This must be paid before your next appointment is booked.
4. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of treatment. This must be paid before another appointment is booked.
5. Please arrive at your appointment on time. My diary is constantly full and if you are late this will mean I will have less time to apply lashes but you will still be charged the full price.
6. If you are more than 15 minutes late this will be classed as a no show.
7. Infill appointments are for 1 hour and 15 mins. You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions still on for an infill. If you can count your lash extensions then you definitely need a full set.
8. If you have lost more lashes than normal then please let me know prior to your appointment.
9. Each client will receive one ‘Emergency Cancellation’ per calendar year. I understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, children can be poorly, you can be poorly and life sometimes gets in the way.
10. All treatments must be paid for before you leave.
11. No refunds are offered. If there is a problem with your lashes this must be reported with 48 hours of your appointment.

Appointment times are between Tuesday to Friday 9.30 - 3. I cannot accommodate anymore evening clients.

Happy New Year you lovely lot…sorry it’s late but I’ve been away with my nearest and dearest.
I am back to work on Monday9th but will be checking messages between now and then.
