I love chicken legs so cooking them for tea later with stirfry …but once upon a time I would cook them with skin on then eat it all when it came out of oven nice crispy 😑 this fat/skin is off only 4 legs OMG 😧 94g of skin just thought I’d share I’ve lost 5st 7lb and kept it off 5yrs to find out about mindset & behaviour changes come join one of lush groups xx
