We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of SLICKS HAIR DESIGN on Saturday 18th October!
As many of you know, SLICKS is now under new management and the salon is currently undergoing a full revamp to bring you a fresh, modern space you’ll love.
With our relaunch, we’re proud to introduce FIVE highly trained stylists each bringing their own unique skills and creativity to the team.
And that’s not all, in the coming months, we’ll also be introducing body piercings and aesthetics to make SLICKS your go-to destination for all things hair and beauty.
We’d love for you to follow our new social pages to keep up with all the latest updates, sneak peeks of the renovation and to join us on this exciting new journey!

Here's to Jim & Debs who are finally hanging up their scissors and colour bowls as they head off into retirement!
After 45 years of washes, trims, cuts, colours, blow-drys, and endless cups of tea, trading the salon for doing up the garden, fishing and nattering at lunch is bittersweet.
Jim & Debs want to express how much they'll miss everyone who made Slicks what it is today. From Leighanne and all the talented, wonderful staff to the fabulous clientele who are part of the furniture, you've all helped us define what a work-family should be.
We're thrilled to announce, though, that Slicks' story doesn't end here. Our book has not been closed and popped on the shelf. Rather, a brand new chapter is currently in the works, with new management and incredible plans to transform Slicks once more.
We can't express our gratitude for standing by our sides for the past 45 years, and we hope you'll be just as excited as we are to see what's in store for Slicks in the (very near) future!
As Jim & Debs stroll into retirement, let's all raise a virtual glass to Slicks' next chapter! 🥂
