Last but certainly not least took to his first hyrox and tackled it all on his own! This guy couldn’t do a push up 18 months ago now he’s smashing hyrox like a machine! On behalf of absolute everyone I want to say how incredibly proud we are of all you have achieved and look forward to watching your mind blowing transformation continue 👏🤯👏🤯

Football came home! The lionesses have brought it home! This is incredible and hugely inspiring, the growth in the womens game this decade has been humongous and this cements that!
