After almost 2 years of sitting on the fence I have finally completed my First & Second Degree Reiki Training 🙌🏼 I have had the most amazing personal growth journey with Reiki over the last 3 years and it’s honestly been life changing!! I cannot wait to be part of other people’s Reiki journey 🥰

When I rebranded to Bare Faced - Skin, Body & Soul - The ‘Soul’ part was always going to be Reiki but in true Jenna style it took me a while to feel ‘ready’. In other words stop holding myself back 🫣🤣. I have always been open and honest about my struggles with anxiety, it can be difficult especially having my own business it can be so easy to overthink everything but I am honestly so proud at how far I’ve came over the last 4 years 🤍

I cannot wait to start offering Reiki… and of course Reiki Facials and so much more is coming 👀🐝🙌🏼 I am so excited for 2026!!!!
