January ❄️ thank you all for a lovely start to 2026. It’s always a busy one but also full of rest, reflection and planning ahead ✨

The treatment trolley is full of Korean skincare for the end of winter, I’ve become obsessed with reformer pilates thanks to and over at our first merch launch is dropping this Friday 6th Feb ✅

Thank you all for always asking for updates as things continue to take shape for opening later on this year 💫

In February I’m going to be:

🩷 adding Radio Frequency to the treatment menu properly - at last!!
🩷 writing another skincare post since so many of you loved the advice I gave last month in my recent carousel
🩷 sharing more of my own skincare routine since I’ve had lots of questions about this in Jan, too!

⭐️2025⭐️ what a beautiful, amazing, wild ride of a year.

I’ve been really reflective this month but it still seems hard to know exactly what to say. My life is now more than I could have ever imagined thanks to this business and all those who come through it’s door.

This year I bought my own home, showed myself I can do so much I thought I couldn’t, found more resilience and more peace.

I sit back at the end of every working day just grateful to have held space for you all and take in every lovely encounter I’ve had. It brings me so much happiness to do what I love and I never really get over what I’ve created with you all 🩷

I can’t thank you all enough for continuing on this journey with me! 💫

Price Increase March 2025

With the end of the financial year approaching, I will be increasing my prices by £2 from next month 💗

Every year it’s so important to reevaluate things and make sure I’m bringing you a consistent experience at the studio. To help maintain this, price increases are so integral to the business.

What a year 🥰✨ thank you to everyone who made 2024 another amazing one at the studio 🥹

It’s been the most challenging and transformative time and an absolute celebration of all the goodness that I’m surrounded by every single day both personally and professionally. I stand back and I can’t believe what I’ve built and created 💗 and I couldn’t have done it without you all.

Through it all, this business never fails to bring me joy, blood, sweat and actually no tears these days 🤣 now we’re entering year five, I think I might have learned to now embrace the unknown, ride the wave that is life and see what each beautiful new chapter brings me 🪩

I can’t thank you all enough for your continued support as I prepare to see what 2025 brings 👼 the future is forever bright 😎🏃‍♀️

LED light therapy is one of my favourite ways to treat and reduce so many skin conditions, as well as improving overall skin health.

We used blocks of 30-minute LED sessions combined with some facials in between and revamped Rachel’s at-home routine to help tackle inflammation, strengthen the skin and see if we could reduce any topical triggers.

I love working with the skin like this because every single one of you is individual. Your skin is unique to you and we have to take a 360, bespoke approach to get the results we’re looking for.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for everyone’s support on my last post 💗✨

I’ve decided I’m going to stick with my original policies for now - which you can find saved to my Instagram highlights on my profile.

I’ve had so many amazing recommendations for new booking systems and ways of paying upfront or returning to deposits. If things don’t improve, I might consider switching things up to see if they help. But for now, the overwhelmingly positive response to the situation has already made a big difference.
