Meet Rhiannon.
When Rhiannon initially came in, she’d seriously considered Ozempic/Mounjaro and told us this was her last shot before she went down that road.
1 year later.
30kg down. Took everything on board that we taught her and followed it to a T.
Navigated at least 3 or 4 holidays in this time frame.
Forced everyone to do a Hyrox 🤣
Never shuts up about Kit Kats.
She’s became a huge part of our community in the gym.
This is one of the biggest transformations we’ve ever been part of.
No jabs.
A sustainable approach, a bit of accountability, and consistently hitting her numbers for a year.

Great day on Sunday doing the Glasgow.
We had 17 members walk across the day.
Good company, a lot of money raised for charity and too many blisters to comprehend 🤣

A week today around 20 of our members will be taking part in the Kiltwalk — in aid of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, who have made a massive difference to one of our members newborn girl.
Every penny we raise goes towards making a difference for sick children and their families. If you can spare anything at all, your support would mean the world to them.
