Regular exposure to intense heat such as saunas, steam rooms and sunbeds
A naturally faster metabolism
Regular high intensity exercise
Lifestyle factors, stress levels and certain medications
As the treatment gradually wears off over time, it is normal to notice some return of muscle movement and lines from around 8 weeks after treatment. For some individuals, particularly those with the factors listed above, this may occur sooner.
To help maintain the effectiveness of treatment and minimise the risk of developing resistance to toxin, it is generally recommended to allow the effects of the previous treatment to wear off before having further injections.
