All Gail’sGoodiebox cakes are made with flavour in mind. My vanilla sponge recipe is over 100 years old and mixes classic flavour with modern techniques to insure that I provide a light, moist sponge every time. I work with quality ingredients only. (My chocolate sponge which seems to be a favourite uses 2 types of cocoa to give the richest flavour possible )

My buttercream is Swiss meringue (even on cupcakes) this is a lengthy process where I first make a meringue with egg white and pure sugar and then whisk in butter to create a light fluffy buttercream that is glossy and tastes like vanilla ice cream 🍰 no icing sugar. No graininess and no shortcuts. 🩷

All my fillings are high quality jams 🍓 and any chocolate fillings are made with real chocolate and double cream to make thick milky ganache. 🍫

I aim to provide a premium service to all my lovely customers… because lets be real the best bit about cake is eating it! 🩷
