Susan booked 🗓️ in for her FIRST☝️ever session with us at Hijamawala, and the pictures 🖼️ show you the results… 👀

Massive shoulder restrictions and deficiencies in movement on her left ⬅️ side due to heavy lifting and from repetitive movements.

During her percussive 🔫 massage we manage to release her Rhomboid and stimulate blood 🩸 flow.

IASTM scraping techniques allowed us to realease fascial adhesions and stimulate the lymph nodes.

During the cupping process, the cups started off quite tight ✊but started to relax after around 2 minutes. ⏳

Once the bloodletting 🩸 started, the cups began to fill with metabolic debris and contaminants. ☣️ It was not ❌ a painful process as she initially thought… 💭
By the time ⏲️ the bloodletting 🩸 had stopped, Suzanne had already noticed a change in how her body felt and how it was responding.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Craig came in for treatment for his massive shoulder problem. Pains 💊 when trying to make movements and a huge restriction ⛔️ in lateral range of motion.

After our ROM test, pictured 📸 on the left ⬅️, the treatment began.

1. Percussion 🔫 massage

2.Soft tissue manipulation.

3. Cupping therapy (wet 🩸)

A re-visit from to .cupping for some rehabilitation for his shoulder. As Kyle looks to get back into an intense 🥊 training camp, for his next fight 🛎️.

Repetitive motions with intensity can overstimulate muscle 💪 tissue. To make sure this doesn’t affect his camp, we got to work 🚧 .

A quick adjustment to make sure everything is aligned correctly, followed by a percussive 🔫 massage to encourage the bloodflow🩸 and shift any trapped lactic acid.

IASTM followed to increase inflammation (under a controlled environment) 🧬 and work on any adhesions in the fascial tissue.
We’re then placed at key 🔑 trigger points 🎯 under a negative pressure.

Once the area had “matured”, the cups were lifted and small superficial 🔪 scratches were made on the surface of the skin to release the debris and contaminants 🩸 that had collected underneath the skin and allow it to seep into the cup.

Once the area had stopped seeping blood 🩸 , the cups were released and the deposits were disposed of in a safe and environmentally friendly ☣️ 🌏 way before the treated areas were disinfected.

He was looking in to the treatment since one of coaches at had come in and had a great result ✅ from our clinic.

After a quick consultation, 🗣️ a ROM check and a medical, his treatment began with a full body examination 🧐. A comprehensive massage to knock out any lactic acid in the muscles 💪 and bring oxygen to the fibres 🪢 .

IASTM was then used to release the fascia and iron out any knots in the muscle 💪 tissue. And further help the blood 🩸 flow efficiently in the body.

Cups were then placed on key 🔑 trigger points tailored to Edgar’s body to collect any expired toxins and expired blood 🩸 cells.

Once the toxins had settled under the cups, the cups were removed and superficial scratches were made on the skin with a surgical blade 🗡️ to pierce 📌 the top layer of skin before the cups were placed back on to the body under suction.

The blood 🩸 trickled out from the scratches on the skin into the cup releasing tension further and reducing 📉 the built-up 📈 pressure and unlocking 🔐 the ROM in Edgar’s body.

Once the toxins had released and the area had stopped bleeding 🩸, the cups were carefully removed and wiped from the body and an antiseptic was applied to ensure hygiene and prevent infection.

Immediately Edgar felt lighter and more mobile. His flexibility was immediately better, his ROM had dramatically improved and Edgar said he felt like he was a ninja 🥷🏽 .
