A 0.7ml chin top-up for my lovely client. She was concerned there may have been some migration, but after a full consultation it was clear there was none. In this case, mid and lateral cheek volume loss was the main cause of the folds. By restoring volume in the mid and lateral cheeks, I was able to achieve a natural lift, with just a small amount of filler placed in the nasolabial area for a soft, balanced finish.
