Hello everyone, I’m making this post as I have had a misunderstanding with a client today who cancelled 1 hour before her appointment (it was 2 people for makeup) not going to name any names. I just wanted to make everyone aware of my policies as she has refused to pay the cancellation fee, as she didn’t see my policies at the end of every post that I publish. I would like to bring attention to this as a lot of other self employed beauticians know that people that cancel on such little notice don’t realise how hard it is to miss out on money that you already had planned to put towards certain bills ect. This isn’t just a hobby we decided to do, this is a job. Imagine showing up to work to be told, “ we don’t need you here, just go home and you won’t be paid” no one would be happy about that. I’m not saying no one can cancel, it’s simply about not wasting someone’s time when they could have made double the money with the same time slot. Hey everyone, here is my updated price-list beginning on 04.12.25. I have increased the prices of hair services as i am no longer new to hair. I hope everyone understands as I have been working on perfecting them for over a year now.👱🏼‍♀️I have added a slight increase to the travel charge due to the amount of traffic and time it takes to get from one place to the other at this time of year🤎 thank you all for supporting my small business I look forward to hearing from you all🥰
