We are pleased to say that most of our clients are very respectful when making/cancelling appointments with us however we would like to remind everyone that we do require as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations made less than 48hrs will be charged at 50% & those outwith 24hrs notice will be fully chargeable.
