To secure your appointment, a deposit is required.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment booked and are non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you respect our time and business by following our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

• More than 48 hours notice – we are happy to reschedule your appointment.
• 24–48 hours notice – 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows – the full treatment cost (100%) will be charged.

We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen such as illness or emergencies. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a huge impact on a small business. When an appointment is missed, we still have to cover wages, rent, bills, stock, licences and other salon running costs.
