I have been asked frequently about a perimenoapuse/menopause support group. I am looking into setting up a virtual support group. Would this be of interest to anyone?

Many private physiotherapists will try and encourage you to block book or commit to treatment following your initial assessment. This is not the case with Reable Rehab. Once you’ve had an initial assessment there is no pressure to book further sessions. Following your assessment you will be asked if you would like to book in for further sessions but there is no prsssure to do so.

Are you starting to notice that your body is aching and you don’t know why? It could be related to the perimenopause/menopause. The perimenopause phase can last up to 15 years and symptoms can start in your 30s. If you think this may be you feel free to drop me a message.
