CUSTOMER NOTICE
I want to begin by saying how truly grateful I am for every client who trusts me with their hair. It saddens me to put a strict policy in place, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a very real impact on my schedule and income.

To continue providing the best service possible, the following policy applies:

🕒 Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment require full payment of the scheduled service.
Because I reserve this time specifically for you, short-notice cancellations leave me unable to fill the slot.

💇‍♀️ No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will also be responsible for 100% of the service fee.

Thank you so much for supporting my small business and respecting the time I set aside for you.
