Susan was looking for a significant color correction and a fresh lighter haircut. Here is how I achieved her transformation:

**Color Correction**: Start by assessing the current color. Since Susan had over-coloring and block warm tones, I started with a full balayage and finished off with toner to achieve a soft, milky tone that blends naturally with her roots.

**Cut**: For her haircut, I took away some of the heaviness by adding soft internal layers. This will create movement and shape without losing too much length and soft blended layers that enhance her balayage effect.

With these adjustments, I was able to achieve a much more flattering and fresh appearance ✨
