I’m looking to reduce my working hours in my busy lash and brow salon and would love to find an experienced lash & brow technician to share my beautiful private treatment room and established client base with, with a view to offering them the availability that I can’t.
The room is fitted out to a very high standard with modern, clean, sleek décor and includes:
• Hydraulic beauty bed
• Cosmoglo top-of-the-range beauty light
• Plenty of natural daylight
• Centrally heated
I rent the room 7 days per week but currently only use it Thursdays & Fridays, so the rest of the week and weekends are available. You’ll have your own key and can work your own hours/schedule.
The salon offers:
• Immaculate communal kitchen, staff areas, toilets & corridors (daily cleaner on site)
• Light, bright communal salon outside the private room
• Free, ample parking
• Secure entry
I have a loyal client base, many of whom I’ve had long-term, and I’m keen to ensure they’re well looked after as I reduce my availability. I’m looking for someone experienced who is happy to take on and transition some of my existing clients to become theirs while also growing their own business.
You would need:
• Good availability, including evenings and weekends, to service my clients
• Experience in lashes and brows
(sorry not looking for someone new to the industry to apply)
This would be a great opportunity for someone returning to the industry after a break away— especially if you’re not ready for the expense of renting a full room or salon or investing in all equipment just yet.
