One of my lovely regulars who I’ve been doing for a while now, couldn’t manage to get an appointment in with myself and had her Cut & colour done in another Reputable Local Salon by an Experienced Stylist (no names will be mentioned)
And paid OVER £100!!

She was quite upset and understandably so,so obviously I had to get her in my chair ASAP to fix it. This colour was done 1 week prior to her appointment with myself today👀 Shocking!

Safe to say she left Pretty Perfect Salon with a massive smile on her face and Stunning SilverWhite hair she should’ve been given in the first place.
