Was lovely to have these lovely girls and their mums in the spa yesterday for what sounded like the perfect girls day out. Was so lovely to meet yous and so grateful for yous travelling quite a distance to visit us. 💕

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Hi everyone, thought I would do a little post and pin it to the top of the page of some of the questions I get asked frequently and hopefully you will find the answers needed here.
1. You are more than welcome to bring cake with candles. We have lighters.
2. If you are booked into our 2 hour party's, you are more than welcome to order food to be delivered or collected by yourselves or food brought in. We just ask no grapes, popcorn, lollipops or chewing gum.
3. We kindly ask kids not to bring slime into the spa.
4. We kindly asked no more than 3 adults to stay during party's due to room available, health and safety numbers.
5. Deposit is required when booking for 4 or more kids and balance payable on the day by bank transfer or cash. We do not have a card machine.
6. To ensure adequate cleaning between party's and to allow staff to grab a quick bite to eat, we ask if you can arrive at your party time no more than 10 mins prior to booking start time.
7. There is free on street parking outside spa
8. We do not offer gel or acrylic nails and we do not use heating products on hair to ensure we are complying with safety guidelines
