Yoga classes for people of mixed ability in the West End of Glasgow
Drop-in classes:
Wednesday morning: 10am - 11.30am
Wednesday evening: 6pm - 7.30pm
I teach weekly classes, one to one's and workshops. I also organise workshops for teachers and students at Kagyu Samye Dzong Glasgow (formerly Rokpa House) with the following international yoga teachers:

Due to popular demand, the yoga studio now has wooden floors fitted. Hooray!
