With many years working in a stressful environment, I have decided to offer a professional massage service incorporating mindful practices to the wider community. I work both from home and mobile catering for my clients needs to ensure they experience a truly nurturing session that will offer them a moments silence in a noisy world to reconnect with their inner selves and learn that being in the moment is the only place to be.
