Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of hands on(touch) or hands off (no touch), to activate the natural healing processes of the body and allow it to return to a state of homoeostasis by reducing stress and clearing blockages so the energy flows freely around the body to allow for healing to take place. What is Reflexology

Reflexology is a treatment is mainly given to the feet and hands. The principles of Reflexology is that there are reflex areas within the hands and feet that correspond to all glands, organs and other parts of the body. Stimulating these reflex areas can cause reactions to the corresponding body parts. Reflexology helps the body to heal itself and to return to a state of homoeostasis by reducing stress which is the first stage of the healing process. What is Massage

Massage is a treatment to the body by techniques such as rubbing, kneading and skin rolling, changing pressure to suit the individual clients preference. Massage increases the blood flow, releases tension, relaxes and softens over worked muscles and releases endorphins aiding the body to state of homoeostasis and allowing the natural healing process to occur. What is Thermal Auricular Therapy also know as Ear Candling

This treatment involves specially made hollow candles being gently placed into the opening of the ear canal and lit at the opposite end. The heat from the candle gives a pleasant warm, relaxation sensation balancing the pressure within the ear, forehead and sinuses. The candle is said to provide a chimney effect producing a very mild suction. The suction is not strong enough to remove earwax or anything else from within the ear. There has been claims made that the residue found within the left over candle have come out of the ear, these claims are untrue and is in fact residue left over from the beeswax the candles are made from. The treatment also comes combined with a facial massage, the massage is a draining type of facial massage with the use of acupressure points.
