We’re in the process of changing our booking platform. For anyone who already has a booking—don’t worry, nothing has changed! Your appointments have been safely transferred to our new system, .

We wanted to explain why we made this switch. Our previous booking company was essentially profiteering by claiming they found our clients or that clients discovered us through their marketplace. We know our clients come to us through word of mouth from all our amazing customers—not their platform! We refuse to pay 20% + VAT + service charges just so they can sit back and steal our hard-earned profit.

Times are tough for everyone right now, and we strongly believe in supporting local businesses. If you’re booking with any beauty salon or establishment, we encourage you to contact them directly so they don’t get hit with ridiculous fees.

Action needed: Please cancel your current appointments with the previous booking provider (we’ll get charged if we do it ourselves). Rest assured, all your appointments are already safe in Ovatu!
