Sometimes when you can’t reach your back, it’s not just “tight muscles” — it’s about poor coordination between your scapular stabilizers and rotator cuff.
The first photo shows limited internal rotation (pre-treatment), and the second photo shows immediate improvement after therapy.
✅ Focus of session:
• Release overactive upper traps & levator scapulae
• Activate lower traps & serratus anterior
• Restore scapular rhythm and thoracic mobility

What’s muscle injury?
A muscle injury, also known as a muscle strain or pull, occurs when muscle fibers are overstretched or torn. This can happen due to excessive force, sudden movements, overuse, or not properly warming up before physical activity. Muscle injuries are common in sports and physical activities and are classified into three grades based on severity:
1. **Grade I (Mild)**: A small number of muscle fibers are torn, causing minor pain and swelling. The muscle retains most of its strength and function.
2. **Grade II (Moderate)**: A larger number of muscle fibers are torn, resulting in noticeable pain, swelling, and bruising. Strength and function are significantly reduced.
3. **Grade III (Severe)**: Most or all muscle fibers are torn, often resulting in a complete rupture. This causes severe pain, significant swelling, bruising, and a complete loss of muscle function.
Symptoms of muscle injury can include:
- Sudden pain or tenderness
- Swelling or bruising
- Muscle stiffness or weakness
- Limited range of motion
Treatment typically involves rest, ice, compression, and elevation (R.I.C.E.), along with physical therapy and, in severe cases, surgery.
