We have a FANTASTIC opportunity to join us as a
TRAINEE COVER MANAGER
covering our Clarkston/ Castlemilk and East Kilbride salons

This role is a permanent position based over 4 shifts - 24 hours per week (can be increased to 5x shifts - 30 hrs pw depending on candidates needs) Monday - Friday although some additional flexibility would be required for staff holidays and weekends etc as needed.

You should have a min of 6 months experience in a retail/ sales based/ customer facing type role and ideally have some experience in a team leader/ supervisor or managerial role. Although full training will be given.

You'll be responsible for the overall management of the salon including staff performance, sales, customer service and salon standards and all salon reports and banking

Their is UNCAPPED quarterly commission paid as well as £8.50 ph which is reviewed annually and fantastic staff discount.
