Just listening to some new research on treating injuries using the R.I.C.E( rest, ice compression, elevation)method and how effective is it.. turns out not as effective as we may think🤔 ( Something I had thought for a while).

So interesting when we get new information and how long it actually takes to filter through to everyone within our field. Mmmmmm
