A practice that is inspired by Hanuman, a deity very close to Cheryl's heart as this was her group name whilst studying yoga in Indonesia 💜

The Yoga Flow will be accompanied by the enchanting live music of . Jamie
spent a few sessions near yoga retreats in South Goa India, this is what inspired Jamie to get into music full time. 💜

Followed by a grounding spoken meditation with the powerful vibrations of 32 inch Gong.

Then, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Sound Bath within the healing embrace of the salt therapy room, led by the wonderful Suzanne. What a way to deepen your savasana.💜

We’ll close with uplifting affirmations, refreshing treats, and a special gift to take home.
