As you all know I love my job. But in order for my business to continue successfully, I have had to introduce a few terms and conditions with IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
When you book an appointment it means that time slot has been unavailable for anyone else. The cost of "LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS", "CHANGE OF MIND" amendments and "NO SHOWS" for a small business like mine is MASSIVE. In just one week, one client cancelling or changing their treatments or not showing up at the last minute can cost me roughly £50 which is £200 per month im loosing. Imagine how this affects my livelihood, especially when its happening more than once a week. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to have that missing out of my wages at the end of the month.
Please remember, this isn't a hobby, it's my livelihood.

ALL APPOINTMENTS booked require a MINIMUM of 24 HRS NOTICE for any cancellations or 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged.
No future appointments will be issued until these charges are paid in full.

ALL APPOINTMENTS require a MINIMUM of 24 hrs notice for "Change of mind" amendments to treatments booked or you will be charged 100% of the full cost of the original appointment booked, whether you have had all the treatments carried out or not as explained in the "Change of mind" Terms and Conditions.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS

All bank transfer payments MUST be paid on the day your treatment is carried out. I have set up a new business account that also has a QR code that will accept instant payment's through your mobile phone, bank cards and smart watch. It also still takes bank transfers.
Late payments are a constant problem, at times im waiting up to 3 weeks for payments to be made. This is having a huge effect on my livelihood. Please remember that when treatments are not paid for immediately, I am loosing out on my wages and money to pay for stock, electricity, tax etc.

I'm having a problem with my MESSENGER ACCOUNT 😭
It's not letting me open and send all of my messages on my personal and business account. Just incase anyone is waiting on a reply or their messages are bouncing back unsent. Apparently its an update and its affecting a lot of people. It's showing this when I try to send or open a message 😡
