t is NOT enough to get assessment, hands-on therapy, and follow-up plan done properly, without "cutting corners"! I know that, if a person needs regular treatments because of multiple problems or complexity the injury, it can get expensive. That's why I have 1 price for all. I don't charge per method or tools used, simply because I will use whatever the person needs, not what they can afford. Price per appointment is £65. And it will always be 75 minutes! I use multiple advanced techniques and tools like: advanced clinical and remedial massage techniques, mobilisations ,MULLIGAN Concept Manual Therapy, ostheopatic and chiropractic manipulations, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, kinesiotaping, Dynamic Taping, TENSE therapy, exercise therapy, cupping therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy. At the beginning of the treatment , I take detailed medical history notes and make assessment using various orthopaedic and physiotherapy tests and movement assessment. This part of the appointment is essential and it will be very detailed and there is NO option to opt out of it. At the end, I will summarise and give exercise or stretch therapy to do, if necessary. I provide professional and therapeutic treatment designed to improve physical and emotional health.
