💖 Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.
Deposits come off your final balance.

💅 Cancellations & Reschedules
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
Less than 24 hours notice = deposit lost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

⏰ Running Late?
Please message me ASAP!
If you are 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and full payment may still be required.

🚫 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without notice will require full payment before booking again.
