Luckily, the extra fuzz is only temporary — your hair should return to normal about six months after you give birth. Until then, here’s everything you need to know about safely waxing while pregnant.

Waxing provides a long term solution to unwanted hair and is safe during pregnancy up to 38 weeks.

Make sure the salon you choose is clean, the therapist is wearing gloves and they use a new spatula between each application to prevent sharing germs.
Before things start, let your therapist know you’re pregnant so they know to be extra gentle. They should then test the wax on a small area of your skin to see how it reacts while pregnant. Use a soothing antiseptic lotion pre- and post-waxing to decrease irritation, lessen any redness and prevent infection.

Simple answer - Yes you can!

You probably do what you can to try to schedule your bikini waxes around your period. But sometimes schedules just don’t link up perfectly or your period arrives earlier than you anticipated.

Before you cancel your appointment due to Aunt Flo, know this: You’re okay to move forward with things, even on your period. Sure, you’ve probably heard that you can’t get waxed on your period but that’s really not the case.

Simply pop in a tampon or menstrual cup before your appointment. Lots of clients do so it’s nothing unusual or to be embarrassed about.
