Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that all members are required to pay the £14 annual membership fee for the year.

Please note that this £14 payment should be paid to Baker Street, as the membership is renewed automatically through the gym's bank account.

We would appreciate it if all members could make their payment as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please speak to one of the coaches.

Attention all boxers, parents, and guardians
With the hot weather expected, please make sure all children bring plenty of water and stay well hydrated during training. ☀️🥊💧

Please also make sure they:• Bring enough water/drinks• Wear suitable lightweight clothing• Have a towel if possible• Eat properly before training

The heat can affect energy levels quickly, especially for kids, so hydration is very important. Let’s keep everyone safe, healthy, and performing at their best. 👊

If in doubt at any point, or if anyone feels unwell or needs a break, please feel free to step out of the session

No pics but a couple of bouts last night

First up jerry had a bad first round but battled back second and third. Unfortunately losing on points in a good bout.

Next up cole in having his second bout, in a week. Boxing a tricky southpaw close points loss.

Proud of both boxers and love the progression both are showing all experience and growth both already wanting to get out again so positive signs well done boys!

Hi everyone, just a quick message regarding parking for tonight’s session.

The pub has kindly asked if, particularly on Fridays, we could keep their car park as free as possible for their customers, as parking is very limited for them. They’ve been very gracious in allowing us to use the facilities lately, so we’d really appreciate your support with this.

Could parents please drop off their children and then park across the road or on the surrounding streets where possible.
