So Becky spent 12 months growing her hair out… for a cruise. 🌴☀️

A little update from me:

I haven’t changed my prices in over two years, and it’s something I’ve always tried to avoid. But with the rising cost of products and general overheads, a small increase has become necessary.

This decision hasn’t been easy, but it’s needed to keep giving you the level of quality and care I believe you deserve.

Cancellation Policy

I’ve always tried to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations and rescheduling. However, as I now have to rent a space for appointments, I can no longer be as relaxed about last-minute changes.

I completely understand that life happens; illness, emergencies, and unexpected commitments do come up, however, this is a business. Although I often have a waiting list, short-notice cancellations can be tricky to fill, and when I can’t, these along with no-shows cost me money and other clients the opportunity of an appointment.

To ensure fairness and keep things running smoothly, I’m now implementing the following policy:
• At least 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50%.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full appointment cost.

I truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy is in place to help keep things fair for everyone.
